◊ Real-Time Remote Technical and General Support

◊ Coordinating and Booking Travel Plans
◊ Unlimited Incoming/ Outgoing Calls
◊ Support of American management on Site
◊ Night Shift- 10 PM to 7 AM (BD Time)

Educational Requirements:

◊ NSU/ IUB/ AIUB/ BRAC/ EAST WEST and any reputed PRIVATE UNIVERSITY  Students or Graduates ONLY
◊ O/ A Level/ BBA/ MBA/ Computer Science/ from any faculty.
◊ Academic qualification will be considered for only experienced candidates.

◊Age 18 to 40 year(s)
◊Excellent English communication skills both spoken, listening & written
◊Call Center Training/ Any other English course is must.
◊NIGHT SHIFT (US clients)
◊Call Center Supervision/Management, Counseling
◊Tele Marketing, internet marketing, Customer Support through Phone, Call Centre Training
◊BPO, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company
◊Typing speed of 30 words per minute

Salary: TK.15000 – 25000
