Job Location: Kaliakoir Plant, Gazipur
| Major Duties and Responsibilities: |
- Conduct recruitment & selection activities and ensure right numbers of talents are recruited at the right time for the right place
- Assist in job analysis, manpower planning & performance management system
- Assist in formulating, developing and reviewing HR policies, proposals, HR manuals & guidelines
- Organize training programs
- Ensure proper documentation of personal filing
- Conduct Exit Interview for outgoing personnel
| Requirements: |
- BBA / MBA in HRM
- 1-2 years experience in relevant field will be preferred
- Good communication skill
- Well conversant with MS-Office
- Within 28 years of age
