Role and Responsibilities:
- Conduct various trainings/ workshops as per requirements.
- Conduct the training need assessment of the staffs.
- Communicate with respective departments/ HODs to address training needs and prepare training modules accordingly.
- Prepare yearly and monthly training schedule and maintain training calendar.
- Prepare and conduct pre and post training assessments.
- Maintain all sorts of data, documents and records related to training and prepare monthly report.
- Arrange complete logistics support for training and maintain required logistics documentations.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor / Masters in any discipline from reputed university. No 3rd division/class/CGPA below 2.0 in any academic examination will be considered.
- 1- 2 years of experience as a Trainer in any reputed organization.
- Certified trainer from any reputed institute (Local / Foreign) will be given preference.
Additional Job Requirements:
- Age between 25-30 years.
- Need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have sound knowledge on computer.( Bangla typing skill will add value.)
- Should be a team player and proactive.
- Willing to travel frequently at anywhere in Bangladesh.
Salary Structure : As per company policy.
